Account Creation, Security & Responsibility
Registration Process
To create an account on hhbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Fill in your name, mobile number, and all other required details correctly during registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify hhbd support immediately.
We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (OTP) enabled at all times. Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the hhbd platform are required to comply with the following responsibilities. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or closure.

Hhbd reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud, system manipulation, or misuse. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on hhbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours of submission. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.
Hhbd uses third-party payment gateways, and all transactions are secured with SSL encryption. To prevent money laundering and illegal financial activity, hhbd complies with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
Hhbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- If Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity Is Detected
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
- By Regulatory Order or Legal Requirement
If an account is closed, the return of any verified balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Hhbd is not liable for any losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party services. While every effort is made to keep the platform running without interruption, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Gaming outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and hhbd does not guarantee any specific result. All gaming decisions are made entirely at the user's own risk.
Hhbd's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount held in the user's account.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the hhbd platform are the exclusive intellectual property of hhbd. Copying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
